Purchases made after 9 am GST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am GST on a Thursday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Saturday. Minimalist offers a two-year international warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects.

To make a warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase(order number for online purchases or an invoice for in-store purchases) is required.

For items bought from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly, as they manage their own warranty claims, returns, and exchanges.
